Carriers:

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and place great emphasis on the delivery methods we use and the speed of our service. That's why we only work with reputable shipping companies that offer affordable rates and allow you to track your package in real time until it reaches its final destination. Once the order leaves our location, the carrier takes charge of your order. We are not responsible for any transport risks. Please contact the shipping company directly if any issues arise.

Delivery price:

    Prices are based on the exact weight of the package, not a pre-established chart. This means you can be sure you'll pay exactly what you pay for your order. We work with several delivery companies, allowing us to offer you the best price and the fastest and most efficient carrier.

    Order preparation:

    An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you following confirmation of your purchase. We ship our personalized orders within 14 business days . You will then receive your tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped, along with the expected delivery date. This number will allow you to know the status of your order in real time until its final destination. Please check your inbox spam if you do not receive a confirmation email.

    Cancellation of orders:

    Do you want to cancel an order you have placed? We can only issue a refund if the garments have not yet been printed and/or shipped. No returns are possible on personalized garments.

    Combine your order with an existing one

    We offer the option to combine your purchases from our online store only if your order is not currently being prepared. Only orders to be shipped to the same address and name can be combined.

    Returns:

    All our custom clothing is final sale.

    However, if you received a damaged, incorrect, or faulty order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@octoprintqc.com . Please include several clear photos of the product, its packaging, and your order number. We will assess the situation and let you know whether to replace the product or issue a credit note.
